I watched this bird for quite awhile at the Forrest St Fishing Pier, Biloxi Back Bay--near KAFB Gate 1.He is beautiful and seemed to get along fine with the other birds enjoying the morning, as well as the people that were out net fishing. Does anyone know his species?
